Salesforce has inked a definitive deal to purchase Doti, an agentic enterprise search company, marking the move as Salesforce acquires Doti to strengthen its AI capabilities. The acquisition aims to bring Doti’s global talent to Salesforce while also bolstering the CRM giant’s AI Research & Development hub in Israel.
The full transaction is projected to occur in Q4 of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Salesforce expects to leverage the acquisition to improve enterprise search across Salesforce and expand Slack features.
